Cheese of pressed mass made with organic raw goat’s milk, enzymatic clotting, elaborated with vegetable rennet. It has a minimum ripeness of 3 months. Firm and buttery texture. The flavor is very pleasant, lightly sour and creamy, perceiving lightly the soft bitterness that provides the vegetable rennet. Ideal in cheese board or individually to combine with a good red wine.
