Cantell is a pasteurised goat’s milk cheese, which requires a long and laborious ageing process. It has a washed rind of a slightly orange color, its consistency is creamy and somewhat elastic. The aroma is pronounced and the flavor is intense, full and complex. It’s ideal at any time with a glass of a red good wine.
