Craft made cheese using the milk of Murciano-Granadina goat’s, with 50 days of healing. The rind is coated in chopped almonds and extra virgin olive oil, giving as a result a compact cheese, creamy on the palate, imparting the subtle flavor of almonds throughout the cheese. Back covered with almonds with cut of white ivory color, it has a firm and compact creamy mass interior, closed and without holes. Be sure to serve at room temperature, great with almond-stuffed olives and piquillo peppers. Pairs with white wines.
