Our cheese board is elaborated only with our specialties. The idea was to offer the costumer the opportunity to taste at one time 4 of the most representative cheeses of Spain and each one made of a different type of milk:


- Iberico made from a blend of cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk. It has 5 month maturation and a great taste.


- Manchego made from pasteurized Manchega sheep’s milk. Our manchego has been winner on three ocations at the Wisconsin World Cheese Contest, being winner of the Silver Medal at 2002 and Bronce Medal at 2006 and 2008 on their category.


- Murcia al Vino made from pasteurized Murciana goat’s milk. Winner also of a Silver Medal at 2004 at the Wisconsin World Cheese Contest.


- Vaca Tierno is a tender cheese made from pasteurized cow´s milk. Added to the assortment due to the need of giving a good pricing for the cheese board, but not for this it’s meant to have less quality.


The Cheese boards will come in display boxes, ready to put on the cheese counters of the supermarket.
