Jamón Ibérico Cebo

This kind of ham is obtained from the hind legs of iberico pigs which are fed with acorns and authorized compound feed, such as cereals and other natural products, during the montanera period. The Iberico ham can be recognized by the black hooves which is the source of the phrase ‚”pata negra” which describes the black hoof that remains on the ham throughout the curing process and distinguishes it from a Serrano ham. This ham is a good compromise for those who don’t want to spent too much money on a ham but still want to experience its excellent taste.
